When time permits, I like to join the Bristol Dropouts guys for their Sunday club ride. Callum, the ride manager, makes sure we’re off the City roads in no time to more picturesque country surroundings – he also does a fantastic job supplying each rider with an abundance of flapjacks or brownies that’s he’s lovingly baked the night before.
